NEW Volunteer Opportunities Available!

Reach out to Erin West at (614) 363-4159 or by email if you'd like to know more about these specialty volunteer opportunities.
  • Greeters: Greeters create a warm and inviting environment by welcoming pantry families at the door with a smile.
  • Intake Specialists: Forward-facing volunteers who greet families and confirm eligibility for visiting the pantry using FreshTrak software. No experience is needed--all training is provided!
  • DRP Drivers: Direct retail pick up (DRP) drivers go to local grocery stores and collect donations of meat, produce, bread and more.
  • Muscle: Volunteers who can help with some heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs.) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
  • Pantry Librarians: Organize book donations for distribution at the pantry.
  • Grocery Shoppers: Go shopping for us! Purchase food for the pantry to keep our shelves stocked. Meijer gift cards and a shopping list are provided.
  • Welcome Wagon: Direct a smooth flow of traffic in the parking lot and guide families on where to enter the pantry.
